Shipping Policy

All items are made to order, please allow 3 working days for shipping.

Local pick up at Objet Sauvage studio in South of France is free, please select this option at checkout and email us to arrange an appointment.

We use both Standard Shipping and Mondial Relay in France, please select the option you prefer at checkout.

If you choose Mondial Relay at checkout, please note that we will send the parcel to the nearest Mondial Relay pick-up point, you will receive all informations by email.

Standard shipping to France varies depending on weight from 4.95€ to 14.10€, delivery is free as of 29€

Mondial Relay shipping to France varies depending on weight from 4.40€ to 9.90€

Standard shipping to Europe varies depending on weight from 6.80€ to 23.10€, delivery is free as of 49€

Standard shipping to Rest of the World  varies depending on weight from 9.10€ to 25.90€, delivery is free as

Return 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

If you would like to return or exchange your product, please send us an email at bonjour@objetsauvage.com indicating a refund or exchange with a brief explanation. All refunds are subject to our discretion, all items for exchange are subject to availability. If the item, you wish to exchange, for is unavailable we will contact you via email with an alternative solution or offer you a refund.

You are responsible for the costs to return your item. We recommend purchasing delivery confirmation, tracking and appropriate insurance. If you choose to not use secured tracking, Objet Sauvage cannot be made responsible for the package being lost or otherwise not received.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at bonjour@objetsauvage.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
